What feature do you use most often?
I use it to review test cases and rewrite them into clearer steps and clean format. I also use it to draft bug reports with proper repro steps and expected results.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
Yes, sometimes it confidently gives the wrong answer for very specific edge casesIt has suggest outdated syntax before too.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Sometimes the same prompt gives very different outputs. Better long term memory for ongoing projects would help a lot
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Part of my daily workflow for QA, learning, and adhoc questions. still need human judgment as per any AI, but I use this on the go the most

What exceeded your expectations?
Claude surprised me with how well it handles long context. I can paste messy test cases, API logs, and product specs and it still gives structured feedback. It’s especially good at reasoning through edge cases instead of just restating inputs. I also use it to clean up QA notes into clear bug reports. The writing feels more thoughtful than rushed.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
Sometimes it gets overly cautious. I have seen it misunderstand very technical QA scenarios when the prompt is vague.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Sometimes I want short direct answers and include it in the prompt but it still gives long explanations. probably better memory or project level context would help a lot, this would make repeated QA tasks faster.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Reliable enough to use daily. WOuld recommend it to people who prefer clarity over speed

What was your first impression when you started using it?
The UI had too many panels, prompts, and features, got overwhelmed. Didnt feel clean or focused. It felt like a Microsoft product than a browser.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
The constant prompts to use Bing, Microsoft accounts etc were annoying. That was the biggest turn off
What could make it even better?
A less intrusive experience. Focus more on performance and browsing
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
user experience feels forced. Wouldn’t choose it unless I had to

What feature do you use most often?
I use Evernote for quick notes and checklists. useful for travel plans. Sync across devices works well.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Some features are hidden behind menus and hard to find. Pricing tiers are kind of confusing
What could make it even better?
A cleaner interface would help a lot. Clearer differentiation between free vs paid features would be good
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
useful for note taking, but it feels dated compared to newer tools.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
For QA, seeing test results directly connected to merge requests is very helpful.
What slows you down when using it?
Pages with pipelines or merge requests take a while to load. It can feel overwhelming for smaller tasks.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Common QA workflows could be more visible and easier to access.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Powerful and comprehensive. It has a learning curve, but very effective

How has it made your work/life easier?
dragging cards between lists easier and quick. Is really easy to see progress at a glance. I use it to plan my content for YOutube
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
App can feel slow at times. Sync delays sometimes happen but not often.
What’s still missing for your needs?
Maybe some sort of automatic reporting on weekly performance/productivity would be helpful for me and saves time
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Perfect because its simple to use, and I like to use it for my personal task tracking

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
THis product gives me full control over my travel videos. I can handle longer timelines & multiple clips, audio tracks etc simply and easily. Color correction and basic effects are powerful once set up. It feels reliable for more serious editing.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
The learning curve is steep, especially at the start. The UI is overwhelming but needed, due to the large capability of the product. App crashes can be hard to diagnose.
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Basic editing workflows could be more easier e.g cutting clips, syncing audio take time to set up. Better defaults for common Youtube workflows would help a lot.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
not beginner friendly, but is a great tool for long term content creation.

How has it made your work/life easier?
I use Miro mapping out test scenarios. Mind maps and sticky notes are great for breaking down edge cases.
What do you dislike about this product?
Boards can get slow and cluttered once they grow large, however usually my board dont get too bloated
How could the product save you more time or money?
Probably improve on performance and navigation on large boards. a lighter mode for quick edits.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
useful for visual thinking and collaboration. One of the better tools for shared brainstorming and planning

Figma Invitation

What feature do you use most often?
I use Figma for reviewing designs and leaving comments during QA. It’s easy to use as a "visitor" of a design file. Commenting directly on screens saves a lot of back and forth.
What slows you down when using it?
Large design files can get slow, especially with many components and pages. Navigating complex files takes time if not well organized. Inspect mode can feel abit much when you just want quick answers.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Simplify the experience for non designers. A lighter QA or review mode would be greaะ
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
excellent for collaboration and design review. It has a learning curve but not steep. Common in most product teams

What do you like best about this product?
I use canva for Youtube thumbnails, travel posts, and quick visuals for presentations. Templates save a lot of time.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Some features are locked behind the paid plan, especially watermarks on the assets. That leaves less variety for free plan,
What problem did this product solve for you?
I dont need to use complicated design tools for everyday visuals. I can create graphics quickly without learning design software.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
very practical for content creation. Best for speed and ease of use

What do you like best about this product?
I use it to keep everything in one place. Mostly for personal planning, and organizing YouTube travel ideas. The flexibility to works well for different use cases.
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
Offline access is unreliable, which is annoying when traveling. Sometimes I spend more time organizing than doing actual work.
What could make it even better?
Stronger support whereby I can confirm how some features work, it may not be as clear sometimes
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Notion is powerful and flexible for my personal projects. It helps me alot to manage all my tasks that I need to do

Google Workspace Invitation

How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
Ive used Microsoft 365, Google Workspace is easier to move around in. Gmail, Docs, Drive etc, and better than MIcrosoft for sure
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
Sync issues with Drive sometimeds were frustrating. Storage limits can also feel restrictive in the medium/long run. Not deal breakers, but noticeable
How could the product save you more time or money?
Better storage management. Maybe clearer way to contact offline support during travel or connectivity issues
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
reliable and easy to use for daily work. My go to if had too choose between other workspaces.

Google Docs Invitation

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
I use it for test plans and shared notes with devs, product. Seeing edits live avoids version conflicts. I like the commenting mode so the document is not changed just yet.
What slows you down when using it?
Formatting long structured docs takes more effort than it should, but could just be because I don't use it that often so might not be used to it yet. Offline mode is unreliable sometimes.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
Better structure controls would help for technical documentation, and make the offline experience better
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Google Docs is simple, and reliable, but I dont use it as much for my QA work.

What feature do you use most often?
I use labels to keep work and personal emails separate. Other than thst, I use the product like any other person, to read emails
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
The spam filter is usually good, but it sometimes hides my important emails. Threaded conversations can get confusing when multiple topics are mixed
What’s still missing for your needs?
Make thread splitting easier/clearer, because sometimes threads get too long and are collapsed in a non-intuitive way.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Most used and best email provider, no issues.

Microsoft Teams Invitation

What exceeded your expectations?
The integration with Microsoft tools worked better than I expected, as Teams is hoenstly not known to work very well.
What do you dislike about this product?
Not a fan of Teams, UI feels heavy. Switching between chats is slow. Notifications are noisy, and its less responsive compared e.g Discord
How could the product save you more time or money?
Improve on basic actions like joining meetings or finding files. Better defaults e.g better integrating process with ONe Drive would save alot of time.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Teams works well if you are already in the Microsoft ecosystem. Would not be my first choice of channel for sure

How has it made your work/life easier?
I use it daily for standups and team calls. Screen sharing is reliable, doesnt lag when showing test failures. Works well across devices too
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
Breakout rooms lag a little for me. Background noise reduction is inconsistent, sometimes sound fuzzy. These are small things but noticeable during long sessions.
What’s still missing for your needs?
Not sure if it already exists, but maybe having a follow cursor function or making the cursor more obvious when sharigng screen. SOmetimes it is hard for me to follow demos/bug issues
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
reliable and easy to use. Honestly equally as good as google meet, dont have much issue for both

What do you like best about this product?
VS Code is flexible for both scripting and test automation work. I use it for writing test scripts. Extensions make it easy to use too
What feels confusing or hard to use?
not always clear which extensions are reliable, only based on total number of downloads etc. But mostly, this app is easy to use and not confusing
What’s still missing for your needs?
Clearer debugging and testing templates would save setup time. Likely available, but discovery of this is not really supported on VS code itself. WOuld have to find out myself from other sources
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
versatile and can be used for almost anything, use it every day and have no complaints.

JIRA Invitation

How does this compare to similar products you’ve tried?
I have used Trello before. Compared to it, Jira is much more powerful for sure especially for bigger companies. It handles complex workflows, permissions, and reporting better. For smaller teams, it can be abit redundant
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
Mostly performance related. Pages sometimes load slowly when I apply a few filters. SOmetimes fields don’t save properly too.
What could make it even better?
Common QA tasks like logging bugs or updating statuses could be more streamlined, or have ready frameworks/templates for it
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Would recommend it when you actually need it depending on your team size, not by default.

What was your first impression when you started using it?
worked well both for gaming sessions and casual group chats. I like the live voice chats, its fun to use while playing games
What feature doesn’t work as expected?
Notifications can be overwhelming but love the notification sound though. Searching across servers is not that great
What could make it even better?
clearer organization would help a lot. Easier ways to separate gaming, work, and social spaces. Stronger moderation too, see some scam accounts that could easily go unnoticed if usrrs are not careful
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Recommend for gamers, good to use when playing team games

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
Anime catalog is quite comprehensive. Streaming quality is stable, and its convenient to have most anime in one platform
What feels confusing or hard to use?
the app UI is quite outdated somehow, but still easy to use. sometimes hard to tell what’s new vs what I already watched.
What new feature would you love to see added?
Cleaner watch history tracking. Maybe improve consistency across devices.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Crunchyroll is great for anime lovers, but the UX can be improved a little, Not an issue though, I just care about the anime content

What do you like best about this product?
I used it to improve on testing concepts & automation basics, and general topics. I like the structure of the lessons most of the time.
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Some content feels outdated or too theorybased. Not always clear which courses are practical for daily QA.
What’s still missing for your needs?
More practical labs and examples for QA career paths. but not too lengthy so I can quickly test myself
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
not perfect for practical QA skills, but it’s still a good learning platform.

What exceeded your expectations?
Love that there is no ads!! Hated them coming up when I am watching longer videos. ALso love that it can continue playing in the background.
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
sometimes downloads fail or don’t play offline. Background play sometimes stops after app updates.
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
a little more value other than just removing ads. Maybe more immersive/engaging UX of recommendations
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Use it almost everyday, think the app is a staple for most people

How has it made your work/life easier?
FOr me, music helps me stay focused during long testing sessions or QA work. I use it both during work and when commuting.
What slows you down when using it?
Small UI changes ake time to get used to, for example the latest "Mixer" function, which kind of mixes 1 song to the next, and having to manage the song's BPM. Have no idea how to use it well
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
A little slight guidance when new features/UI come out
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Has minor UI issues, but it’s still the music app I use every day.

What’s the biggest benefit you’ve noticed?
I used it in my previous company to communicate with dev and product teams in real time. I use it to clarify requirements, report bugs, and share quick screenshots/logs etc. It works well and sufficiently as a communication app
What feels confusing or hard to use?
Using the search function isnt that fast sometimes due to the many threads, convos etc
Is there a workflow that could be simpler?
Tracking bugs or test feedback could be simpler e.g integrate with Jira. When my company used it, automation was not set up as it was a little complex/no one took the time to set it up
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Not my favourite communication channel, I prefer google ecosystem. Somehow its hard for me to manage noise of different threads on Slakc

What feature do you use most often?
I use Postman for building and running API collections during testing. Envts and variables are useful when switching between staging and production. It saves a lot of setup time compared to writing scripts from scratch
Have you experienced any bugs or errors?
the app feels slow or unresponsive when working with large collections. Sync issues sometimes come up too when switching devices
What could make it even better?
would be nice to have clearer feedback when tests fail due to the tool itself versus the API.
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Its my go to tool for API testing and exploration. It saves a lot of time in daily QA work

What was your first impression when you started using it?
app performance was smooth and consistent. I am a big fan of Marvel so love this app honestly
What’s been frustrating in your experience?
content library feels limited onceI have finished the major titles, but it's ok for me. Less variety than Netflix in my opinion
If you could change one thing, what would it be?
More non franchise content and better personalization would make it feel less repeated
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
Perfect for superfans of Disney series, classics, etc. UX is also smooth, don't see any issue. However I will still use both Disney and Netflix

What feature do you use most often?
I usually watch in short sessions after work and I like how it remembers where I last stopped. This feature is common though in other streaming services.
Is there something that almost made you stop using it?
Some popular shows were removed unexpectedly while I was in the middle of watching it. Wish there was a notification for that (maybe they do but I am not aware of it)
What problem did this product solve for you?
It's easy to watch without planning, cos I don't want to spend too much time doing that. Also, I like how it syncs across all my devices
Final thoughts, wrap up what you think
easy to use. even with other services, I dont think I would stop using it purely because I have already had it for so long and dont have much issue about it
